so i went to the mall on Sunday to go to Suncoast.. i got Saiyuki DVD volume 1, Kilala (or is it Kirara?) plushie, and Lain figure/doll.. i think i'm pretty lucky to have the Lain figure/doll because my Mom was the one who spotted it ^.^ she doesnt even know what Lain is but she can see its something "anime-ish" so she always points out anime-like stuff for me if she thinks i didnt see it. also i had seen the same Lain item online and was thinking about ordering it, and i saved by getting it at Suncoast cause well no shipping charges XD also the Lain figure/doll looks just like how Lain does on the Cyberia Mix CD cover :D comes with bear hat that can be put on/taken off, keyboard and DJ headphones! X3 i call her DJ Lain! XD now i usually dont buy anime DVDs unless i have seen a bit of the anime or read some of the manga (IF there is a manga version, in which most of the time there usually is) so i know for sure i like what i'm getting, because c'mon anime DVDs are not cheap. around 30 backs each for a DVD with a few episodes? sheesh! anyway i dont want to spend that much on something i'm not sure i'm going to like so thats why i dont like to buys anime DVDs "blindly". well i spotted Saiyuki and i have heard of it, knew a lil but about its main characters (4 attractive males i might add, got my attention! XD) and such so i figure i take a chance figuring i'd most likely like it.

i also went to Blockbuster on Sunday ^__^ at first i got Sly Cooper and the Thieviius Raccoonus, but when i got home and started to play the game kept screwing up >.< it did seem pretty scratched up.. i remembered i also saw Nightshade in so i had Mom go back and trade it in for that.. kinda a shame cause from what i did play of Sly Cooper, it was fun.. i've played a bit of Nightshade (i also have a demo of it) and its pretty cool too. its like a female Shinobi.

^-^ i've watched my Saiyuki DVD and i like it! volume 1 has 5 episodes and i watched them in English. i'm going to watch 'em again in Japanese sometime 'cause i'm curious what their Japanese voices sound like and if i'll like them better. i think this will be one of my fave animes ^_____^ only complaint i have so far is the battle scenes are kinda.. blah.. -_- its really stupid looking how the demons die.. they just explode in this stupid looking CGI effect o.O;; why? it just looks really bad. i wanted to go into detail about how i like each of the 4 guys but i think i'll do that later.. maybe when i'm able to log into taihenkawaii so i can upload some pictures and post them in a cute lil review :D

-_-;; i'm stuck on a level in Nightshade so i have played Dark Cloud 2 for the first time in weeks, probily months o.O i never got around to beating it so i've picked back up on it a bit.. i think i'm getting very close to beating it.. i'm gunna be sad once i do ;_; it's such a great game and there is so much you can do.. if you haven't played it i highly reccoment it! ^.^

Witch Hunter Robin has started playing on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. it's pretty cool.. Jojo says it doesnt seem like the characters are using "witchcraft" and i kind of agree, it just seems like the people have "powers".. though i have noticed a few times it looks like sometimes someone is "silently chanting" something.. hmm. *shrugs* its still a pretty interesting series. dont think its going to become one of my top faves or anything though.

one of the strangest things happened... see we had this kitty named Onyx, we got him when he was a kitten, my Mom brought him home unexpectedly one day years ago.. when i was like.. i dunno.. younger.. 13 maybe? 14? i dunno it was years ago.. anyway, a cute all black kitten whom after some debating we named Onyx, after the black gemstone. well after a few years Onyx unexpectedly ran away. we werent ever sure why but my Mom always said it was because there were so many kittens around. we have always had quite a few cats around and some of the females have had kittens more than once. it saddened me that Onyx left. i felt pretty close to him. i loved listening to him purr as i pet him and such.. i'd always whimper or frown when someone brought up him being gone, but i got used to it.. we had other cats but i still missed my Onyx.

well i explained that to tell this. . . Onyx is back! :D see lately everyone has sworn they seen him outside.. and i even saw him out there one day! then yesterday morning my Mom comes in my room saying "Amber, look!" i turn around to see my Mom carrying Onyx and bringing him by me! i was so happy! but.. he didnt seem himself at first.. Onyx was very nervous and "stiff".. he didnt move or purr as i pet him.. well it was early and my "bed time" XD so i moved to my bed and sat down.. Onyx then jumped to my chair, looked around and then to my bed and looked out my window.. and at moment, i think he remembered.. because then Onyx walked riht over to me and rubbed against me T.T i almost wanted to cry! i petted and hugged him and he purred.. i kissied him on his little head and happily went to bed.. Onyx did lay with me for awhile *happy sigh* i hope he stays and doesnt end up leaving again. i really feel like he remembered me and loves me ^.^ silly, i know but i feel like i connected with him. i dont feel so close to our other cats.. Sox is a bitch and doesnt come to me unless i have food -.- Trouble is well.. trouble and wants to kill everything XD so.. yeah.

. . .um.. there is something that has been bothering me for a long time now.. and i never brought it up here because it is kinda more of a personal thing and i dont like putting that stuff out in the open. it's been really bothering me and i dunno, maybe i'll feel a bit better if i blab about it. *sigh* i miss Minty Julie.. we barely talk anymore and when we do barely anything is said. i remeber when she was so eager to talk to me and we had so much fun just chatting. if she is on when i am she never IMs me and when i IM her she barely says anything and then eventully goes offline.. i even had nightmares of her just ignoring me and/or telling me she doesnt want to be my friend anymore, and i think that goes to show how much this is bothering me.. i never had nightmares about friends like that or anything. i just like her so much and was so happy for her to be my best friend and now i feel like she doesnt want to have anything to do with me anymore. i did try talking to her about her quietness before and things seemed to get a bit better but it didnt last.. and i asked Chrissippoo-sama about it and he said she has been anti-social, and that he would talk to her for me but i havent heard from him since then about it. i guess i could ask him about it but i dunno. maybe i'm taking things way too personally and over-reacting. but.. maybe she doesnt want to be my friend anymore. if thats true then i wish i could just be told that rather than sitting around wondering why. listen to me, i sound so pathetic ^.^

enough with sad crap, on a much lighter note: i got SSX3!! YEAH!!! XD i wanted it since it came out but just never got around to getting it. i love the first and second game, so i knew i'd love this. the characters are so cool and the game is just so great. you can get all kinds of clothes and accessories for the boarders too which is super cool XD Zoe is my fave ^.^ has been ever since the first game. i like Psymon too XD he's crazy. i havent played much of the other characters, just Zoe so far.

i want to see more Pretty Guardian Sailormoon! its the Sailormoon live action series. i have only gotten to see Acts 1-6, and they are supposedly already up to 18 x.x;; damn lucky people with high speed connections who can download the episodes >E i'm in a forum where people talk about the series alot so i see topics about what is currently going on and i'm clueless @.@; plus i'm trying not to read too far ahead and have everything spoiled. i like to find things out on my own rather than read about all what has happened.

i have this game for GBA that i found called Shining Soul, i play sometimes when i'm bored and anyway the archer character from the game totally resembles Link looks-wise o.O i swear its not just me! Scott saw me playing once and he was like "is that Link?" i have some images but i cant log in to taihenkawaii to upload anything for now *shruggie* but i think its so amuzing how much the archer looks like Link, ears and all, even trademark hat o.o so i named my archer Link XD but i was going to before i saw how much it looked like Link anyway ^.^

i think i'm going to shut up now.. oh check out TaihenKawaii! it's got a cute new layout! i cant wait 'till Minty Julie updates it with new sprites and stuff ^.^ sign her new guestbook yo! XD

wow i'm a year older than i was when i last bloggeded XD my birfday was on January 31st ^.^ it was pretty cool.. parents took me to the mall and gave me 100 dollas for birfday money O.o i didnt expect that much ^.^;; i had dinner at the mall (i chose chinese! X9) and then did some shopping. first checking out Hot Topic where i got the coolest pants! XD they are black with hot pink and black striped straps on the legs and hot pink and black strap suspenders :D they are so awesome! i also got a sweet lookin faerie shirt and another shirt which is a see-through netting shirt which i will use to wear under some short sleeve t-shirts 'cause i think it's a cool style. that's all i got though. i checked Toys R Us for a figure of Zero the Winged Knight from SD Gundam but i didnt see any ;_; and then we had to leave because the mall was closing >E they close at 9pm on Saturdays -.-;; i said to my parents "i feel like Scott, all i got is clothes for my birthday." XD see my little brother Scott complained cause on his birthday (which was the 27th, just a few days before mine) because he mostly got clothes from my parents as gifts.

i watched Castle in the Sky, its pretty good ^.^ i love those cute fox/squirrel like creatures that were in the garden of Laputa, on the robots shoulders. oh and i'm renting Manhunt o.o; crazy game. it's a different type of survival horror, thats for sure. instead of being up against zombies or hellish monsters.. you're put up against killers that are just human beings.

so i hear Adult Swim on Cartoon Network is going to be playing a new anime soon :D Witch Hunter Robin, i've heard of it and looking forward to seeing it. though i also heard they will be stop playing Inu-Yasha and that kinda sucks because i wish they would have shown more episodes of that, and not re-runs -.-;; i want more Sesshoumaru, dang it!

more about new anime.. i was flipping through the channels and upon reaching MTV2 i see Heat Guy J coming on.. i heard the title before and decided to watch it.. they played 2 episodes and it wasnt bad. its about the future and robotics/androids/cyborgs are illegal.. i dont think they are illegal worldwide, just in this city/area the setting is set in. but there are like gangs of androids appearing in like mafia gangs and so this little group is formed of Heat Guy J (an adroid) and his human partner Daisuke. they investigate problems and stuff. Daisuke is pretty cute and i also like the baddie Claire, yes its a guy and his name is Claire O.o;;

Hmm.. i think that's all i'm gunna blog about for now. not too much is going on anyway ^.^

i went to Wal-Mart the other day to do some shopping and i got P.N. 03! XD i wanted this game since i saw a preview of it on X-Play. it's so awesome! Vanessa kicks ass and i just love how the game is, the way the character fights and everything.. oh and the music :D it's all techno-ish and stuff which is really cool. i'm not too far in the game, about the 6th level or so. my friend Brandon told me about some cheap computer games that were at Wal-Mart and i found the ones i wanted except for some Vampire the Masquerade game he mentioned. i got Amercian McGee's Alice and Clive Barker's Undying, which was a 2 pack for like 10 bucks. i've heard of American McGee's Alice and Undying sounded cool enough so i got 'em. havent played Alice yet and i'm already kinda stuck in Undying >E

*needs more Battle Royale manga* ;_; i finally read volume 3, so i'm eager to get into more. i'm probily going to read volume 3 of Magic Knight Rayearth soon too, and then i'll need more of that ^.^;;

Oh! i finally seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail! XD see i've only seen the tv show Monty Python's Flying Circus and i love it, and i been told there is movies and that Holy Grail is like the best one or something, so i been wanting to see it for a long time. i rented it from Blockbuster on DVD and watched the rest of it today. i also saw like half at first because the disk messed up �_� it did look horrible though, alot of smudges and scratches. but Mom cleaned it and i tried again and it played fine. reeaally funny movie! XD if you like sillyness, you'll love it. although chances are you seen it, it's seemed like everyone saw it except me ^.^;; i wanna get the DVD so i can own it, wonder if it be hard to find o.o?

when i rented Monty Python and the Holy Grail i had taken back Sonic Heroes and decided to rent Fatal Frame. they had Fatal Frame 2 but i never played the first game before so i wanted to try it before trying Fatal Frame 2. well i have traied Fatal Frame and i only played it for like 20 mintes x_x;; it is sooo creepy and yer only weapon is a damn CAMERA! a CAMERA!! it's too creepy and i just cant get into it.. i dont like ghosts *shuuder* i can deal with zombies and monsters but.. ghosts are different, you can't deal physical damage to them and that is just.. more scary to me X_x plus i dont like the controls. i kinda wish i could get into this game but it's lost my interest, i just dont have the urge to try and get anywhere in it. i feel odd saying all this about not wanting to play a "scary" game, when one of my most fave games is totally horrifying (Silent Hill 3) XD

Uncle Bill stopped by the other day since it was my little brother's birthday to give him a gift and he gave me a gift too because i guess he's busy on my birthday. i got the anime movie Castle in the Sky, by Hayao Miyazaki, same guy who did Spirited Away and one of my favorites: Kiki's Delivery Service. i havent watched Castle in the Sky yet, but i'm going to soon. Uncle Bill told me Mayazaki did a Lupin the 3rd movie called Castle of Cogliostro *probily spelt that wrong* and i REALLY wanna see that XD i seen some of the Lupin series.. i like Goemon, i hope he is in the movie XD

speaking of my birthday, it's tomarrow! x_X;; eeh..

i just got done watching The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, it's an old black & white romance movie from the 1940s. i don't usually like romance movies, or black & white movies, but this movie is very good. i've seen it once before and remembered it was about a lady who's husband dies and she moves to a cottage by the ocean. once getting to the cottage she finds it is haunted by the ghost of a sea captain, at fist he is harsh towards her but they become friends, and yes gradually fall in love. it is so touching, and i'm a softy when it comes to movies and such so i cried my eyes out ;_; ^.^;;

^-^ i been renting Sonic Heroes :D the game is fun but sure frustrates me at times >E some of the levels just piss me off. for example, as Team Chaotix i was stuck on a level where i had to find 85 baddie robots and destroy them.. i kept only being able to find 83, i even tried over and over but still couldnt find the rest! it was so annoying! then as Team Dark (or is it Team Shadow?) i was stuck on a level where at one point this red evil stuff rises so you need to get to the top and kill some enemies to make this forcefield go away so you can get out of there, but i just kept dying! it did not want to co-operate! >E i kept trying and trying, but nooo.. untill Scott came in my room and he was like my lucky charm 'cause i finally got through with him there O.o XD

i must say, i love Charmy the Bee! XD he is soo kawaii! as soon as i found out there was a BEE character i was so happy ^___^ i thought it was so funny in the game i was about to fight Team Rose i think, while i was being Chaotix.. and the video where they see each other both Teams say something *forgot what* and Charmy just takes a look at both Teams all like "Fight?" *thrashes hyperly* "YEAH!!!!" XD it was soo funny i swear.

*is really into the Magic Knight Rayearth manga* i have now read volumes 1 and 2, i have one more volume left to read before i hafta buy more. it's so great, the story, the art. i've also read volumes 1 and 2 of Battle Royale. they warn it's violent, and damn are they right. they hold nothing back, even when it comes to gun shots to the head. Battle Royale isnt too popular as far as i know, so i'll let you in on the plot. in the manga the schools pick a class for something called The Program, in The Program the chosen class is taken to an area where they will be let loose wih weapons and rations to kill or be killed in a game of only one survives. for a better description check the TokyoPop site ^.^; anyway, i'm strangely intrigued by this manga.

*counts* eeep..! just a lil over a week 'till i turn 21. . X_x;; ohmygod for some crazy reason my little sister Lois thought when i go to a bar i will sing kareoke! o_o;; i have no focking clue what gave her that idea! now if it was one of those private kareoke rooms like that are really popular in Japan, maybe! because it would just be me and whoever was with me, not a bunch of strangers who had been drinking all night o.O

i went to Border's today, i only been to a bookstore one other time before and that was to Barne's & Noble at the mall. anyway i wanted to because i thought it would be a good place to find some manga and i wanted to get a book about faeries ^.^ i also heard Border's was supposed to have Neopets stuff, tho i didnt find anything except the magazine and some tins -_-;; Let's see what i did get:

yay for random stuff like that XD i been playing alot of games lately because i got a monthly pass thingie at Blockbuster, it allows me to rant a game for as long as a month or trade that game in as many times as i want for something else. only catch is i can only rent one game at a time. its cool tho. i been doing this since Christmas day so it ends on the 25th of this month unless i pay for another month. anyway, i recently been playing Pokemon Channel ^.^ its cute! kinda silly, but cute. i had it for about a week so i may trade it in today for a different game.

*wipes forehead* phew! i think i'm done.. whatcha think? i havent blogged in awhile and i was needing an archive badly.. i have this weird thing with when i archive i need a new layout ^.^;; so i went searching and found this one. i never read Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicle, its a fairly new manga by CLAMP, they take the main characters of Card Captor Sakura and characters of other CLAMP works and mix them in a new story. i think it sounds pretty interesting. anyway thats what this layout is of if you havent figured that out already ^-^ you may noticed i changed alot of the infos and such i usually have on the right side, i decided to do something a little different this time. dunno which way i like better, my old way or this new one *shruggie*
